Beauty influencers in Poland

Transformations, tutorials, product reviews and UGC for salons, clinics and cosmetics brands.

  • You pay only after you accept the material
  • Tasks from 43 zł or barter

How to bring clients into a beauty salon or clinic

Three ways: bring in clients from nearby, get material for your own ads, or reach the influencer's audience. That choice sets both the price and who you pick.

Bring in customers from your own city

  • Creators from your city
  • Task pinned to the map
  • Barter possible
  • You pin the task to a point on the map, and creators nearby see it in their own city.

  • You name the city in the task, so the people who apply are the ones who can come to you.

  • The creator films on site, and the material reaches their followers from the same area.

Does advertising with influencers pay off for a salon and a cosmetics brand

It pays off if the influencer speaks to women in your city or with your skin problem. Three figures that show it, and what each means for your business.

  • 8–11x

is the return on ads with small creators (2026)

The market average is 5.2x. On Blogger Bank they are half of the beauty category.

  • 74%

of Poles trust what a creator says (2025)

The material reads as advice, not as a banner. A review can be settled in barter.

  • 59%

of Poles look for services in social media (2025)

Your clients are already there. You name the city in the task.

Will influencer marketing work for a small salon or clinic

It works wherever the result shows after the treatment. The usual buyers are salons and clinics that want clients from nearby, and cosmetics brands that need material for ads. Brow and lash studios, massage salons, cosmetic dentistry, drugstores, tanning salons and supplement brands work the same way.

  • Beauty salons

    Beauty salons

A client sees a transformation on someone nearby and books herself.

  • Laser hair removal clinics

    Laser hair removal clinics

A full recording of the session answers whether it hurts and how long it takes.

  • Aesthetic medicine clinics

    Aesthetic medicine clinics

The creator explains the procedure calmly, so the first conversation starts with specifics.

  • Hair salons and barbershops

People book the stylist they watched at work, not the salon sign.

  • Nail studios

    Nail studios

Short videos of the finished set get forwarded between friends.

  • Cosmetics brands

The review sells, and the footage stays with you for your own ads.

What to settle before you invite an influencer in for a treatment

Three things: what you order, how you settle up and how big an account you pick.

UGC or a post on the creator’s profile — what to order?

Cheaper

UGC — material only for you

The creator films video and photos and hands over the files; nothing appears on her profile. You use them in ads, on the product page and in email. Cheaper, but no reach — you pay for the material alone.

Reach

A post — her profile and her audience

The material goes out on the creator’s profile and her audience sees it with her recommendation. More expensive and you control the edit less, but it reaches people who do not know you yet.

If you already run ads and lack creative, take UGC. If you want new clients to hear about the salon, order a post. More than half of beauty creators do both, so one task can cover both.

Order UGC

Barter or a paid collaboration — where to start?

No budget

Barter — a treatment instead of a fee

You give a treatment, a visit or a set of products. No budget and no commission, but the choice is narrower: some creators work for a fee only.

More applicants

Paid — money and requirements

You pay a rate and can require a deadline, a number of shots and revisions. More people apply and it is easier to find strong portfolios.

A salon, a clinic or a studio usually starts with barter — it costs one treatment. A brand with a budget loses time on barter and pays straight away. Either way the material has to be marked as an ad.

Barter task

Micro or a large influencer — which pays off?

Engagement

Micro, 1,000–50,000 followers

Higher engagement, a lower rate and more often a specific city. One piece reaches few people, so results usually take several collaborations.

Recognition

Large accounts, above 100,000

One piece is seen by many and works on brand recognition. It costs several times more, and the audience is nationwide rather than from your neighbourhood.

For a salon or a clinic take micro from your own city — the client has to be able to reach you. Large accounts make sense for a cosmetics brand that ships nationwide.

Creator catalogue

How to pick an influencer to promote a beauty salon

Seven things worth checking in the applications before you sign a contract.

  1. An audience with your problem

Acne-prone skin, mature skin, curly hair. Check who the creator talks to daily, not just how many follow them.

  2. Quality of close-ups

In beauty everything shows. Watch earlier material full-screen before you commission a transformation.

  3. Before-and-after work in the portfolio

If a creator has never shown a result, your campaign should not be the first attempt.

  4. Willingness to show a face

Some UGC creators film hands and the product only. For a treatment that is not enough.

  5. Experience with treatments, not only products

Reviewing a cream and reporting from a clinic are two different skills.

  6. Real engagement rather than follower count

Comments and saves say more than reach. Instagram statistics show straight in the creator’s profile.

  7. Openness to barter

If you are starting without a budget, filter out the people who work for a fee only.

How to write a task for a salon collaboration

Say what has to be visible, where and in what format: the before-and-after, the visit to the salon, a reel on Instagram. Below are six tasks published by salons and brands, in their own words.

How to hire an influencer step by step

Step 1

Create a task in 5 minutes

Smart tips help you describe it so only the right creators apply.

Step 2

Receive applications and choose the best

Creators reach out to you directly. The first applications arrive in 8 hours on average. You choose on experience, reviews and work samples in the profile.

Step 3

The contract and all the work in one place

Hiring opens a contract automatically, carrying the terms from the task. Messages, files, stages and deadlines sit in the same place.

Step 4

Pay only for the finished result

The budget is frozen until your approval. You accept the result, and only then the payment goes out.

What videos and photos bring clients into a salon

For a salon or a clinic the strongest formats are before-and-after and a recording from the treatment room — the client sees the result and stops fearing the first visit. For a brand it is a review and a routine with the product inside. Short video made up 67% of Polish campaigns in 2026.

Product review

The creator says what worked and what did not. It reads as advice from a friend, and it sells.

Skincare routine

The product in daily use rather than in an ad. Works for something applied regularly.

Tutorial

Shows how to use the product and answers “can I do this myself”.

Before and after

The result shows before anyone reads a caption. The most common reason a client books.

Treatment walkthrough

You see what happens in the room and how long it takes. It removes the fear of a first visit.

Haul

Several products in one piece. Good for a new collection or a sale.

Reels and short video

The format people share on, so the material travels beyond the creator’s followers.

UGC for ads

The material comes to you as a file and goes into your ads. No reach, but the creative is yours.

is what barter costs instead of a fee

For a salon, a clinic or a studio this is the usual first step, and a barter task carries no commission.

Common questions about working with influencers

What drives the price of working with a beauty influencer?

The format, the creator’s reach, and whether the material is published or handed over as a file. Rates in Warsaw run higher than in smaller cities. State your budget in the task and compare applications rather than negotiating one by one.

How do I check whether a beauty creator has bought followers?

Look at engagement rather than follower count. The profile shows statistics straight from Instagram — reach and engagement over 7, 30 and 90 days. In beauty, also check whether people ask about prices and appointments under the before-and-afters.

Will the creator come to the salon or film at her place?

Both happen, so write it into the task. A before-and-after and a treatment walkthrough need a visit; a product review can be filmed at the creator’s place. Name the city so the people who apply can actually get there.

Who owns the treatment footage once the task is done?

Rights are settled in the task before it starts and carried into the contract. For UGC the standard is use in the brand’s ads. Want to show treatment footage longer — write it in up front.

Does the client shown in a before-and-after have to consent?

Yes. The client has to know the footage goes online and agree to her image being published. Collect the consent in writing before the treatment, and state in the task whether the face should be visible.

Hire a creator

Describe the task. Creators will apply on their own. You pay after you approve the material.
