How to bring guests into a restaurant or café

Three ways: fill the tables with guests from nearby, get photos of your dishes for your own ads, or show the venue to the creator's audience. That choice sets both the price and who you pick.

Fill the tables in your venue

  • Creators from your city
  • Task pinned to the map
  • Barter possible
  • You pin the task to a point on the map, and creators nearby see it in their own city.

  • You name the city in the task, so the people who apply are the ones who can come to you.

  • The creator films at the table, and the material reaches their followers from the same neighbourhood.

Does advertising with influencers pay off for a restaurant or café

It pays off if the creator shows the dish and the address to people who live or work nearby. Three figures that show it, and what each means for your venue.

  • 59%

of Poles look for services straight in social media (2025)

Somewhere to have dinner is chosen there too. On Blogger Bank the task is seen by creators from your city.

  • 8–11x

is the return on advertising with small creators (2026)

The market average is 5.2x. A reel with one of them starts at 355 zł on Blogger Bank.

  • 4.2% and 8.7%

is what small creators get on Instagram and TikTok (2026)

Large accounts get 1.1% and 3.2%. Close to half the creators in this category have 1,000–10,000 followers.

Will influencer marketing work for a small café or pizzeria

It works wherever a guest has to come to a specific address. The usual buyers are restaurants and cafés that want people from nearby, and takeaway places that need photos of their dishes for ads. Pizzerias, bars, food trucks and bakeries work the same way.

What to settle before you invite an influencer to your venue

Three things: where the material is filmed, how you settle up and how far the creator's reach should go.

Invite the creator to the venue or send the food out for delivery?

Atmosphere

A visit at the table

The creator sits in the room and films the interior, the service and the plate. It takes an evening, so it costs more and only people nearby apply.

No travel

Food delivered

The order goes to the creator's address and they film the unboxing and the first bite. The room is never seen, but anyone in a city you deliver to can apply.

Want the tables full — invite them in, because a guest has to see where they are going. Selling takeaway and delivery — send the food, and the choice of creators gets much wider.

Post a task

The bill at the venue or a fee — how to pay an influencer?

No budget

The bill for a tasting

You cover dinner or coffee with dessert and pay no commission. The choice is narrower, because some creators work for money only, and you cannot enforce a date.

Date and edits

A fee

You agree an amount, and then you can set terms: the day of filming, the number of shots, one round of edits. Commission is 5% from the brand and 5% from the creator.

Everyday menu and a first try — the bill is enough. An opening, a menu launch or a specific weekend — pay, because only then will the creator turn up on that day.

Invite a creator

A creator from the neighbourhood or an influencer with nationwide reach?

Neighbours

A creator from the neighbourhood

Their followers walk past your venue on the way to work. The rate is low and the comments are specific, but one clip reaches few people, so it takes several.

Recognition

Nationwide reach

One piece is seen by a great many people and turns the venue into a place people talk about. It costs many times more, and most viewers will never get to you.

A café and a bistro live off their neighbours, so take creators from the neighbourhood. A large account makes sense for an opening, a venue in a tourist centre and a chain with delivery.

Creator catalogue

How to pick an influencer to promote a restaurant or café

Seven things worth checking in the applications before you sign a contract.

  1. A creator from your area

Someone has to walk in. A creator from the other end of Poland will not travel for a coffee.

  2. Food venues in the portfolio

If a creator has never filmed at a table, the first attempt should not happen at your place.

  3. Quality of food shots

The dish has to look good in your dining room light, not in a studio. Watch their earlier footage.

  4. Questions about the address under their posts

If people ask where a place is, the audience is local and really does eat out.

  5. A match with your kind of kitchen

A vegan account will not sell ribs, and a street-food account will not sell a tasting menu.

  6. Willingness to come on a fixed day

An opening and a menu launch have a date. Settle it before you pick an application.

  7. The name and location in the material

Without the name and the place in the caption a viewer has no idea where to go.

How to write a task for a collaboration for a restaurant or café

Say what has to be visible and where: the dish up close, the room, the reel from the visit. Below are six tasks published on Blogger Bank by food venues, in their own words.

How to hire an influencer step by step

Step 1

Create a task in 5 minutes

Smart tips help you describe it so only the right creators apply.

Step 2

Receive applications and choose the best

Creators reach out to you directly. The first applications arrive in 8 hours on average. You choose on experience, reviews and work samples in the profile.

Step 3

The contract and all the work in one place

Hiring opens a contract automatically, carrying the terms from the task. Messages, files, stages and deadlines sit in the same place.

Step 4

Pay only for the finished result

The budget is frozen until your approval. You accept the result, and only then the payment goes out.

What videos and photos fill the tables in a venue

A close-up of the dish and a reel from the visit work hardest: you see the portion, the room and people at the tables, and the address stays in the caption. A menu photo does not do that, because it never shows what it is like inside. A takeaway place sells something else — the unboxing of a delivery.

Close-up of the dish

The portion, the sauce and the steam above the plate. This is the shot that makes someone book a table.

Reel from a visit

The entrance, the room, the service and the plate in one piece. A guest knows what to expect before walking in.

An honest review of a tasting

The creator says what they ordered and whether they would come back. It reads like advice from a friend, not an ad.

Launch of a new menu

A seasonal dish gets a face and a date, so people come this week rather than some day.

Coverage of an opening

The queue, the first guests and the address in the caption. It only works on the day it happens.

Unboxing a delivery

The box, the temperature and the portion once it arrives. It removes the fear that the food turns up cold and smaller.

Shots from the kitchen

The chef, the produce and how it is made. It explains where the price on the menu comes from.

UGC for ads

You get the finished video as a file and put it into ads or on the venue's own profile, with nothing published by the creator.

What working with a restaurant influencer costs in Poland

  • PLN 300–1,500

is the market rate for a nano-influencer post

    With a micro-influencer, PLN 2,000–8,000.

  • 0 zł

is what barter costs instead of a fee

For a restaurant or a café this is the usual first step, and a barter task carries no commission.

  • from 43 zł

is what the cheapest task costs

You set the terms, and the creators they suit apply themselves.

How to find a restaurant influencer in your city

Common questions about working with influencers

What sets the price of working with a restaurant influencer?

The number of pieces changes it most, and whether the creator comes to the venue or films a delivery at home. A visit takes an evening, so it costs more. Settle both in the task.

Who pays the bill when an influencer comes to the venue?

The venue does — the tasting bill is part of the payment, or all of it under barter. Write in the task how many people you invite and up to what amount, before anyone sits down.

What if the influencer did not like the food?

Ask for the details and fix it before the material goes out. A creator is not obliged to praise a dish, so ask in the task for contact before publication rather than for praise.

How do I check whether a reel brought guests to the venue?

Give the creator a code for the bill or a word to say when ordering, and count how often it comes up. Ask the waiters where guests heard about you — that works from day one.

Can I put an influencer's video on the restaurant's own profile?

Yes, if you write it into the task before the start. Material from a venue outlives a single campaign, so agree at once that it stays on the profile and in ads indefinitely.

How long before an opening should I look for an influencer?

Start the moment you know the date. The Blogger Bank task takes minutes to publish, but a creator has to hold an evening free. With a fixed opening date pay a fee — only then is it binding.

Does an influencer from another city make sense for one café?

Rarely, because their followers will not come for a coffee from the other end of Poland. A tourist venue or a chain with delivery is the exception. Otherwise name the city in the task.

Describe the task. Creators will apply on their own. You pay after you approve the material.
