Travel influencers in Poland

Room tours, stay reports, footage of the surroundings and UGC for hotels, guesthouses, rental apartments, farm stays and spa resorts.

  • You pay only after you accept the material
  • Tasks from 43 zł or barter

How to fill a hotel or guesthouse outside the season

In three ways: invite a creator for a free date, get material for your own ads, or show the property to the influencer's audience. That decides both the rate and who you are looking for.

Fill empty nights outside the season

  • Creators who can travel
  • Task pinned to the map
  • Barter too
  • You pin the task to a point on the map, and creators nearby see it in their own city.

  • You put the dates of the stay into the task, so the material appears when the calendar has gaps.

  • You name the city in the task, so the people who apply are the ones who can reach you.

Does advertising with influencers bring bookings to a hotel or guesthouse

It does, if the creator shows the property to people who really are planning a trip to that region. Three figures that confirm it, and what each one means for a place to stay.

  • 8–11x

return on advertising with small creators (2026)

The market average is 5.2x. These are the creators who apply to stay tasks most often.

  • 59%

of Poles look for services straight in social media (2025)

A trip is chosen there, before anyone opens a booking portal. You give the city and the dates in the task on Blogger Bank.

  • 67%

of Polish campaigns are short video (2026)

A reel walks through the room, the bathroom and the view in a dozen seconds. A reel on Blogger Bank starts at 370 zł.

Is it worth inviting an influencer to a hotel, guesthouse or apartment

It is worth it wherever the guest buys an impression rather than a catalogue photo. Hotels and guesthouses that care about free dates order most often, along with rental apartments. Farm stays, cabins and glamping sites, spa resorts, health resorts, travel agencies and tour operators work the same way.

  • Hotel

    Hotel

The guest sees the room, breakfast and the walk from the car park before booking.

  • Guesthouse and rooms to let

    Guesthouse and rooms to let

A small place shows the atmosphere that listing photos never carry.

  • Rental apartment

  • Farm stays and cabins

You see the drive, the area and what there is to do for three days.

  • Spa resort and health resort

  • Travel agency

A report from one trip sells the next departure better than a catalogue.

What to settle before an influencer arrives at the property

Three things: what you pay with, what footage you need and when you invite.

A stay in exchange for footage or a fee for the creator?

No budget

Stay as barter

You give away a date you would not have sold anyway and pay no commission. The choice is narrower, because some creators work for a fee only.

Date and edits

A fee for the material

You agree on a sum and can set terms: the publication date, the number of shots, one round of edits. It costs budget a small property often does not have.

Empty dates outside the season — give the stay, because you pay with what stands free anyway. An opening date or a long weekend to fill — pay, because only then is the date a condition.

Barter task

A photo shoot of the property or footage from an influencer?

Control

Photo shoot

Empty interiors, even light, full control of the frame. The photos age together with the decor and never show what the stay is like from arrival to check-out.

The stay is visible

Footage from a creator

A person in frame, movement and sound: the drive, the breakfast and the area around. Less control over the edit, but the guest knows what to expect.

The shoot holds up the website and the booking portals, the creator's footage sells the stay on social media and in ads. Order both, because they answer different questions.

Order footage

Invite creators in season or outside it?

Full offer

At the peak of the season

The property looks its best: weather, people, the full offer. But you give away a night you would have sold at full rate, and the material is lost among hundreds of holiday posts.

Free dates

Outside the season

You pay with a date that stands empty anyway, and the footage reaches people planning their next trip. The shots come out less striking than in July.

Invite outside the season if you want to fill empty nights and collect bookings ahead. Choose the peak if you are opening a new property and need material for the whole coming year.

Creator catalogue

How to pick an influencer to promote a hotel or an apartment

Seven things worth checking in the applications before you sign a contract.

  1. Knowledge of the region

Someone who knows the area will also show the drive, the beach and the trail, not just the room.

  2. Stays in the portfolio

Watch the earlier trips: they show whether the creator can present a place rather than only themselves.

  3. An audience that travels your way

Mountains, seaside and a city weekend are three different groups. Check where their followers actually go.

  4. Quality of interior shots

Interiors forgive less than open air. Watch material filmed indoors, under artificial light.

  5. Willing to come outside the season

Your free dates are in November, not in July. Ask about that at the very start of the conversation.

  6. Engagement matters more than follower count

Questions about prices and free dates under a post say more than reach. Statistics straight from Instagram are visible in the creator's profile.

  7. An agreed scope of the stay

How many nights, how many people, whether meals are included. Write it down before anyone applies.

How to write a task for promoting a place to stay

Spell out what has to be visible and in what format: the room, breakfast, the sauna area, the walk from the car park. Below are six tasks published on Blogger Bank by hotels, guesthouses and apartments, in their own words.

How to hire an influencer step by step

Step 1

Create a task in 5 minutes

Smart tips help you describe it so only the right creators apply.

Step 2

Receive applications and choose the best

Creators reach out to you directly. The first applications arrive in 8 hours on average. You choose on experience, reviews and work samples in the profile.

Step 3

The contract and all the work in one place

Hiring opens a contract automatically, carrying the terms from the task. Messages, files, stages and deadlines sit in the same place.

Step 4

Pay only for the finished result

The budget is frozen until your approval. You accept the result, and only then the payment goes out.

What hotel footage convinces guests to book

A room tour works hardest: the guest sees the bathroom, the bed and the view from the window before paying. A listing photo cannot do that, because it never shows what the whole stay looks like. The surroundings, the drive and the breakfast are sold by footage shot on site.

Room tour

The guest sees the bathroom, the bed and the view before paying. The most common reason they book this place and not another.

Report from the whole stay

Arrival, the first evening, the morning after. It shows a full day at the property, not one pretty frame.

What to do nearby

The beach, the trail, the lake, the market square. The guest books a room together with a plan for the weekend.

The drive and the way in

How long the drive takes, where the car goes and what the last kilometre of gravel road looks like.

Breakfast and shared spaces

The buffet, the coffee and the place people sit in the evening. It decides between two properties at a similar price.

Sauna, pool and treatments

You see how large the area is and how many people are in it. It raises the value of a night far more than a description.

An honest opinion after the trip

The creator says what was good and what was weaker. It reads like advice from a friend, which is why it works.

UGC for ads

You get the footage as a file and put it on the property's website or into ads. The creator publishes nothing.

What working with a travel influencer costs in Poland

  • PLN 300–1,500

is the market rate for a nano-influencer post

    With a micro-influencer, PLN 2,000–8,000.

  • 0 zł

is what barter costs instead of a fee

For a hotel, a guesthouse and an apartment it is the most common first step, and a barter task carries no commission.

  • from 43 zł

is what the cheapest task costs

You set the terms, and the creators they suit apply themselves.

How to find a travel influencer in your city

The creator travels to the property, so the distance matters more than the address. You pin the task to a point on the map, and creators nearby see it where they are.

Common questions about working with influencers

What does the price of working with a travel influencer depend on?

The number of nights and how much material comes out of one stay change it most. Then reach and the length of the drive. State the dates and the number of shots in the task and compare the applications.

Does the property have to cover travel, accommodation and meals for the influencer?

The stay usually yes, because there is no material without it. Travel and meals are a separate matter and the most common source of misunderstanding. Write down exactly what the stay includes.

Who owns the photos of the property afterwards?

You settle the rights before the start and the clause goes into the contract. A website and booking portals outlive one campaign, so state right away that the material stays there indefinitely.

How many followers should a travel influencer have for a small guesthouse?

For a small property an account with 1–10k is enough — those posts collect real questions about free dates. Large reach costs many times more and speaks to all of Poland, so take smaller accounts.

Will the influencer show the surroundings too?

Only if you ask. Put the beach, the trail or the market square into the task, because for a guest the area weighs as much as the room itself. Name two or three specific places.

What if the influencer cancels the visit?

The budget is frozen until you accept, so the money stays with you and the task goes back to applications. With a fixed date, pick two people for two different weeks from the start.

Hire a creator

Describe the task. Creators will apply on their own. You pay after you approve the material.
