Food influencers in Poland

Recipes with your product, taste tests, box unboxings and UGC for food brands, meal-plan caterers, bakeries, local producers, grocery shops and cooking schools.

  • Tasks from 43 zł or barter

How to sell more of a food product in Poland

Three ways: sell the product straight from the material, get photos and video for your own ads, or show the brand to the creator's audience. That choice sets both the price and who you pick.

Sell the product to people who never tasted it

  • Shipping across Poland
  • Discount code in the caption
  • Barter too
  • You send the product by courier, so creators from any city apply to the task, not only from yours.

  • You put the discount code and the shop link into the task, so you see straight away how many orders came from the material.

  • For tastings and workshops you pin the task to a point on the map, and creators nearby see it where they are.

Does advertising with influencers pay off for a food brand

It pays off if the creator shows the product to people who cook and shop the way your customers do. Three figures that show it, and what each means for a food brand.

  • 8–11x

is the return on advertising with small creators (2026)

The market average is 5.2x. A reel with one of them starts at 305 zł on Blogger Bank.

  • 74%

of Poles trust what a creator says (2025)

Taste cannot be checked through a screen. A product test can be settled with a parcel instead of a fee.

  • 4.2% and 8.7%

is what small creators get on Instagram and TikTok (2026)

Large accounts get 1.1% and 3.2%. Close to half the food creators have 1,000–10,000 followers.

Will influencer marketing work for a small bakery or caterer

It works wherever taste decides the purchase and the customer cannot taste it through a screen. The usual buyers are food brands and meal-plan caterers that want a first order. Local producers, bakeries, grocery shops, meal-kit deliveries and cooking schools work the same way.

What to settle before you send a product to an influencer

Three things: what the product has to turn into, how you settle up and who you are actually looking for.

A recipe with the product or a taste test — which sells food better?

A reason to buy

A recipe with the product

The viewer gets a ready idea for dinner and knows why to reach for your ingredient. It takes longer, needs a creator with a kitchen on camera and costs clearly more.

Fast and cheap

Taste test

The creator tries the product and says plainly how it tastes. It is filmed in fifteen minutes and costs less, but never explains what the viewer would do with it in the kitchen.

If you sell a cooking ingredient, order a recipe — without an idea for a dish the product stays on the shelf. If you sell a snack, sweets or a drink, a taste test is enough: there the first reaction decides.

Order a recipe

Send a parcel with the product or pay a food influencer?

No budget

A parcel with the product

You send the kit by courier and pay no commission. The choice is narrower, because some creators work for a fee only, and you cannot enforce a publication date.

Date and edits

A fee

You agree an amount, and only then can you set the terms: publication day, number of shots, one round of edits. The commission is 5% from the brand and a separate 5% from the creator.

If you have stock and you are trying this for the first time, send a parcel. If you have a flavour launch or a Christmas box with a date, pay, because only then is the deadline a condition.

Barter task

Food influencer or lifestyle creator for a food brand?

Credibility

A food creator

Their followers come for recipes, so a food product fits what they already watch. The reach is narrower and stops at people interested in cooking.

Wider reach

A lifestyle creator

A lifestyle or family account reaches people who never look for recipes. The product is one thread among many there, so it is easier for it to get lost.

If you sell an ingredient or something to cook with, take a food creator — their viewers are already at the stove. If you sell a snack, a drink or sweets, reach wider: there the age of the audience decides, not the category.

Creator catalogue

How to pick an influencer to promote a food brand

Seven things worth checking in the applications before you sign a contract.

  1. A fit with the audience's diet

Gluten-free bread is bought by someone already looking for it. Check what the creator talks about day to day.

  2. Appetising framing of food

A dish only looks good in good light. Watch their earlier close-ups of plates and packaging.

  3. Cooking on camera, not just eating

A recipe needs hands, pace and editing. Not everyone who shows meals can actually film one.

  4. A readable label and product name

Without legible packaging in the shot, the viewer will not find in a shop what they just saw.

  5. Questions about ingredients and price

If people ask where to buy it, the audience really does shop after videos like these.

  6. Willing to film on the launch date

A Christmas box sells for three weeks. Agree the date before you pick an application.

  7. Willing to come back to the product

Food is bought every week, so a second piece sells better than a one-off mention.

How to write a task for promoting a food product

Say what the product has to turn into and where it has to appear: a recipe, a taste test, a box unboxing. Below are six tasks published on Blogger Bank by food brands and producers, in their own words.

How to hire an influencer step by step

Step 1

Create a task in 5 minutes

Smart tips help you describe it so only the right creators apply.

Step 2

Receive applications and choose the best

Creators reach out to you directly. The first applications arrive in 8 hours on average. You choose on experience, reviews and work samples in the profile.

Step 3

The contract and all the work in one place

Hiring opens a contract automatically, carrying the terms from the task. Messages, files, stages and deadlines sit in the same place.

Step 4

Pay only for the finished result

The budget is frozen until your approval. You accept the result, and only then the payment goes out.

What videos make people want to try a new product

A recipe with the product in the leading role works hardest: the viewer knows what to cook with it and puts the ingredient on the shopping list. Nice packaging will not do that, because it never says what the product is for. A new flavour is sold by the first reaction to the taste.

A recipe with your product

The viewer knows straight away what to cook with it and adds the product to the shopping list.

The first reaction to the taste

A face at the moment of the first bite. The shortest way to make someone want to try the flavour.

Taste test and comparison

Your product next to the one the viewer already knows. It answers the only question: is it worth switching.

Box unboxing

The box, the portions and the label. It removes the fear that there is less inside than the photo promises.

The product on the shop shelf

You see the packaging and where it stands. The buyer finds it without asking a shop assistant.

Seasonal and Christmas box

A date and a reason to buy in one piece, so the orders come in this week rather than some day.

Shots from where it is made

The raw ingredients, the people and the stages. They justify a price higher than a discounter brand.

UGC for ads

You get the finished video as a file and put it into ads or onto the product page, with nothing published by the creator.

What working with a food influencer costs in Poland

  • PLN 300–1,500

is the market rate for a nano-influencer post

    With a micro-influencer, PLN 2,000–8,000.

  • 0 zł

is what barter costs instead of a fee

For a food brand or a bakery this is the usual first step, and a barter task carries no commission.

  • from 43 zł

is what the cheapest task costs

You set the terms, and the creators they suit apply themselves.

Common questions about working with influencers

What sets the price of working with a food influencer?

The number of pieces changes it most, and whether it is a recipe or a short taste test. A recipe takes the creator half a day in the kitchen, so it costs more. State both in the task.

Who pays for shipping the product to the influencer?

The brand — the courier and the parcel are your cost, even when you settle up in product alone. Write in the task how many units you send and whether leftovers stay with the creator.

Can an influencer say a food product is healthy?

Claims about ingredients and nutrition are the producer's responsibility, not the creator's. Send your own label copy and list in the task the sentences nobody may use, before anyone starts filming.

How do I check whether an influencer's video increased sales?

Give the creator their own discount code and a separate shop link, then compare orders from the week before publication and after. The code works for in-store sales too.

Can I put an influencer's video on my product page?

Yes, if you write it into the task before the start. Without that clause the material stays only on the creator's profile. Name the product page and the ads right away, with no time limit.

How much product should I send for a creator to film a recipe?

Enough for two attempts — a first take rarely works the first time. With kits add one spare portion and say in the task that it is there on purpose.

Does a food influencer have to know how to cook?

Not if you order a taste test or a box unboxing. For a recipe, watch their earlier kitchen videos: editing a cook-along is a separate skill, so ask for it explicitly in the task.
