Influencers for event promotion in Poland

Dated announcements, rehearsal footage, clips from the stage and UGC for theatres, arthouse cinemas, music clubs, festivals, museums, escape rooms and amusement parks.

  • You pay only after you accept the material
  • Tasks from 43 zł or barter

How to sell tickets to a show, a concert and a festival

In three ways: invite a creator for a specific date, get material for your own ads, or show the event to the influencer's audience. That decides both the rate and who you are looking for.

Sell the seats for the nearest date

  • Creators from your city
  • Task pinned to the map
  • Barter too
  • You pin the task to a point on the map, and creators nearby see it where they live.

  • You put the event date and the publication day in the task, so the material lands before the evening, not after it.

  • You name the city in the task, so the people who apply are the ones who can come to you.

Sell the seats for the nearest date

Does advertising with influencers sell tickets to an event

It does, if the material lands before the date and reaches people who can get to the venue. Three figures that confirm it, and what each one means for an organiser.

  • 8–11x

return on advertising with small creators (2026)

The market average is 5.2x. Creators like that answer event tasks most often.

  • 74%

of Poles believe what a creator says (2025)

A recommended show weighs more than a poster on a wall. A review after the evening can be settled with tickets on Blogger Bank.

  • 67%

of Polish campaigns are short video (2026)

A reel fits the date, the city and a clip from the stage. You order a reel on Blogger Bank from 320 zł.

Does influencer marketing work for a small theatre or club

It works wherever you sell entry for a specific date. The most frequent buyers are theatres and music clubs with empty seats for the coming week, festivals and event organisers, arthouse cinemas, museums, escape rooms and amusement parks.

  • Theatre

    Theatre

The viewer sees a piece of the show and buys a ticket for the nearest date.

  • Club and music venue

    Club and music venue

A reel from a gig shows what the night looks like before anyone pays.

  • Festival and event organiser

    Festival and event organiser

Passes sell earlier, because the viewer already knows last year's atmosphere.

  • Arthouse cinema

    Arthouse cinema

A dated announcement brings people to one screening, not to the schedule.

  • Museum and gallery

    Museum and gallery

The visitor sees the exhibition through a guest's eyes and knows why to come.

  • Escape room and amusement park

    Escape room and amusement park

A parent sees the room from inside and books a weekend slot.

What to settle before inviting an influencer to a premiere

Three things: what you pay with, when the material has to go live and which date you invite for.

Tickets for the creator or a fee for the material?

No budget

Tickets in barter

You pay with two seats in the same row and hand over no commission. Fewer people apply, because some creators work for a fee only.

Publication day

A fee for the material

The sum is fixed, and with it the publication day, the number of shots and one round of edits. It needs a budget a small venue often lacks.

Give tickets if you play regularly and want to fill a weaker date. Pay if you have a single date and the material has to land exactly a few days before it.

Barter task

An announcement before the event or footage from the room?

Sells tickets

An announcement in advance

It goes live a week before the date and sends people straight to the box office. It is shot without an audience, so it lacks the emotion of a full room.

Proof of turnout

Footage from the event

A full house, a queue, people reacting. It will not sell a ticket for that night, but it stays as material for the next dates and the whole season.

Order an announcement if you have one date and empty seats. Order footage from the room if you play regularly and want the next dates to sell faster.

Write a task

Invite a creator to the premiere or to a regular date?

The biggest buzz

The premiere

A full house, the press and the complete cast. The creator gets lost among other posts from the same evening, though, and you give up a seat you would have sold.

Free seats

A regular date

You give up a seat that would have stayed empty, and the creator has room to film and talk to the staff. The evening looks plainer than a premiere.

Invite to the premiere if you are opening a season and need material for the months ahead. Pick a regular date if you want to fill one evening and keep your front-row tickets.

How to pick an influencer to promote a concert or a show

Seven things worth checking in the applications before you sign a contract.

  1. Ready to publish before the date

Footage that lands after the event will not sell a single ticket. Settle the publication day first.

  2. Followers from the event's city

Nationwide reach will not fill one evening in Katowice. Check where the audience actually lives.

  3. Event footage in the portfolio

Watch earlier concerts and shows: they tell you whether someone can film in a dark room.

  4. A match with the repertoire

A stand-up crowd and an opera crowd are two different groups. Match the creator to what you play.

  5. Sound quality from the room

Live music overloads a phone microphone. Listen to recordings from gigs, not from a living room.

  6. The age of the creator's audience

A ticket to a children's show is bought by a parent, not by a teenager. Check who watches that profile.

  7. Engagement matters more than follower count

Questions about tickets and free seats under a post say more than reach alone.

How to write a task for promoting an event

Spell out the date, the city, the venue and the publication day — without that the material lands the morning after the event. Below are six tasks published on Blogger Bank by theatres, clubs and organisers, in their own words.

How to hire an influencer step by step

Step 1

Create a task in 5 minutes

Smart tips help you describe it so only the right creators apply.

Step 2

Receive applications and choose the best

Creators reach out to you directly. The first applications arrive in 8 hours on average. You choose on experience, reviews and work samples in the profile.

Step 3

The contract and all the work in one place

Hiring opens a contract automatically, carrying the terms from the task. Messages, files, stages and deadlines sit in the same place.

Step 4

Pay only for the finished result

The budget is frozen until your approval. You accept the result, and only then the payment goes out.

What footage convinces people to buy a ticket

A dated announcement works hardest: the viewer knows at once when and where to turn up, and goes straight to the box office. Rehearsal footage and a clip from the stage show what they are paying for. Footage from a full room already sells the next date.

Announcement with the date and city

The viewer knows at once when and where you play. The shortest route from a reel to the box office.

Rehearsals and preparations

The set, the dress rehearsal, the stage being built. It shows how much work one evening takes, and that builds curiosity.

A clip from the stage

A dozen seconds of music or acting. The viewer hears and sees what they are paying for.

Footage from a full room

The audience, people reacting, the queue at the door. For the next date it beats a poster.

An honest opinion afterwards

The creator says what moved them and what fell flat. That voice convinces more than any praise in an announcement.

A vlog of the whole evening

Getting there, parking, the cloakroom, the bar, the interval. It answers the questions nobody asks aloud but which hold up the purchase.

A ticket giveaway on the creator's profile

Two tickets to win. It collects comments and questions about dates, and the ticket goes to someone from your city.

UGC for ads

You get the material as a file and run it in ads or on the ticket page. The creator does not publish it on their own profile.

What promoting an event with an influencer costs in Poland

  • PLN 300–1,500

is the market rate for a nano-influencer post

    With a micro-influencer, PLN 2,000–8,000.

  • 0 zł

is what barter costs instead of a fee

For a theatre, a club and an escape room it is the most common first step, and a barter task carries no commission.

  • from 43 zł

is what the cheapest task costs

You set the terms, and the creators they suit apply themselves.

How to find an influencer to promote an event in your city

A ticket is bought by someone who can get to the venue, so the city of the event matters more than nationwide reach. You pin the task to a point on the map, and creators nearby see it where they live.

Common questions about working with influencers

How many weeks before a premiere should I look for an influencer?

Three to four weeks. One week goes on applications and picking, one on filming and edits, and the material should land a few days before the date. For a single date, plan a week of slack.

Can an influencer film during a show or a concert?

Only with your consent and within limits you set yourself. Rights to the music and the staging are usually not yours, so spell out in the task what may be filmed and what may not.

How many tickets should I give a creator for a collaboration?

Two: the creator comes with a companion and films reactions rather than only themselves. For footage of a whole evening, add a drink or an exhibition catalogue and put it in the task.

Who owns the footage from an event after the collaboration?

You put it in the contract before the first shot. An announcement for the next season is still watched months later, so ask straight away for publication rights with no end date.

Is it worth promoting an event we play only once?

It is, if the material lands before the date and the creator has an audience in your city. For a single date pick two people rather than one — then one illness does not take the whole campaign.

Will an influencer from outside culture sell tickets to a show?

They will, if their followers live where you play. A local, family or food account works better for an event than a theatre profile run from the other end of Poland.
