Family influencers in Poland

A day inside the group, trial classes, a birthday party at the play centre and UGC for preschools, nurseries, class providers, toy shops, play centres, baby shops and children's dentistry.

  • You pay only after you accept the material
  • Tasks from 43 zł or barter

How to fill the groups at a preschool and after-school classes

In three ways: bring parents to your address, collect material for your own ads, or show the classes to the creator's audience.

Bring parents to your address

  • Creators from your city
  • Task pinned to the map
  • Barter too
  • You pin the task to a point on the map, and creators nearby see it where they are.

  • You state the city in the task, so the parents who apply are the ones who can drive a child to your class or play centre.

  • The address and enrolment hours stay in the caption, so a parent knows where to come.

Bring parents to your address

Does advertising with influencers pay off in a children's business

It does, if the creator shows your place or product to parents who are choosing classes for the new year right now. Three figures that confirm it, and what each one means at admissions time.

  • 8–11x

return on advertising with small creators (2026)

The market average is 5.2x. These are the creators who apply to preschool and toy shop tasks on Blogger Bank most often.

  • 74%

of Poles believe what a creator says (2025)

A parent picks a place for their child on somebody's recommendation, not from a banner. A visit to a class can be settled in barter.

  • 59%

of Poles look for services straight in social media (2025)

A preschool, a nursery and after-school classes are looked for the same way. You state the city in the task on Blogger Bank.

Will influencer marketing work for a small preschool

It works wherever the parent decides and wants to see the place, or the thing in a child's hands, first. Preschools and nurseries that care about enrolments nearby order most often, along with toy shops and brands for the youngest. After-school class providers, play centres, party hosts, baby shops and children's dentistry work the same way.

A parent watches an ordinary day in the group and enrols before admissions close.

  • After-school classes for children

  • Toy shop

What to settle before sending a toy or inviting a creator to class

Three decisions: what you pay with, where you film and how long you sign up for.

A toy or passes in barter, or a fee for the creator?

No budget

Goods or passes

You hand over a toy or class passes instead of money and pay no commission. It costs you the price of the goods, and only creators who work in barter will apply.

Date and edits

A fee for the material

You pay for the material and in return you dictate the terms: the publication date, the shot list, one round of edits. The budget has to be there before the first creator applies.

Hand over goods or passes if your margin carries them and the place stands empty anyway. Pay if you have a fixed admissions date or a product too expensive to give away.

Barter task

Filming at the class, or at the creator's home?

The atmosphere shows

On site with the group

You see the room and how the children react to the teacher. Only creators nearby will answer, so the list of applications is shorter and the date has to fit the daily schedule.

An ordinary day

At the creator's home

The toy or the learning aid lands in a real child's room and you see how it holds up day to day. You pay for shipping, and the background is not yours to set.

Invite them on site if you sell enrolments and want to show the group at work. Ship the goods if you run a shop and what matters is how the thing looks in somebody's home.

Creator catalogue

One reel before admissions, or several pieces across a term?

Fast effect

One film before admissions

It is made in a week and lands when parents are choosing a group. After admissions it stops working, and a parent who was not looking then will never see it.

Steady presence

Several pieces across a term

The same creator comes back to you every month, so parents have time to remember you before they decide. It costs more and somebody on your side has to mind the dates.

Order one film if you have a single admissions date and a few free places. Choose several pieces if parents enrol all year round.

Write a task

How to pick an influencer to advertise a preschool and classes

Seven things worth checking in the applications before you sign a contract.

  1. A creator's child the age of your customers

The parent of a three-year-old watches other parents of three-year-olds. Check how old the child on camera is.

  2. An audience from your neighbourhood

Enrolments come from the district, not from the whole country. Ask for the follower split by city.

  3. Questions about price rather than likes

Under good material parents ask about free places and the price list. That signal says more than the view count.

  4. Footage from real classes in the portfolio

Watch earlier films from halls and centres — you will see at once whether the creator copes around children.

  5. The time a shoot with a small child takes

A two-year-old will not repeat a take on cue. Plan a visit twice as long as the shot list suggests.

  6. A date matched to the admissions season

Parents choose a place in spring, not in September. Agree the publication date before enrolment opens.

  7. Care with promises about learning results

A creator who promises a child will read faster leaves the complaint with you. Ask for wording without guarantees.

Who answers tasks from preschools and children's shops

Kids shops and language schools work with mothers running small accounts and with large family profiles. Six current examples from family and children.

How to write a task for classes and toys

Write down what has to be visible and in what format: a day inside the group, a trial class, play with a new toy, a birthday party in the hall. Below are six tasks published on Blogger Bank by class providers, amusement parks, children's courses and children's shops.

How to hire an influencer step by step

Step 1

Create a task in 5 minutes

Smart tips help you describe it so only the right creators apply.

Step 2

Receive applications and choose the best

Creators reach out to you directly. The first applications arrive in 8 hours on average. You choose on experience, reviews and work samples in the profile.

Step 3

The contract and all the work in one place

Hiring opens a contract automatically, carrying the terms from the task. Messages, files, stages and deadlines sit in the same place.

Step 4

Pay only for the finished result

The budget is frozen until your approval. You accept the result, and only then the payment goes out.

What footage convinces parents to enrol a child and buy

Footage from a real class works hardest: the parent sees the room, the teacher and a child who is not an actor. A leaflet cannot do that. A toy and a pram are sold by an ordinary day at home.

Footage from a real class

The parent sees the room, the teacher and the group at work. The most common reason somebody asks about a free place.

A report from the open day

The creator walks the building, looks into the rooms and the playground. The viewer knows why to come over.

A child playing with the toy at home

You see how many minutes the toy holds attention and whether it survives a week. That decides the purchase more than the maker's blurb.

Unboxing the parcel

The box, the instructions, the assembled product a quarter of an hour later. It kills the fear that assembly will eat a whole evening.

A birthday party at the play centre

Cake, a party host, twenty children. A parent planning a party sees exactly what the package price buys.

A test after a month of use

The creator goes back to the pram or the car seat used daily and shows how it took ordinary wear.

One parent advising other parents

A short answer to the question parents ask you at pick-up time. Your place is visible along the way.

UGC for ads

The material is made for you alone: the file goes into ads and onto the enrolment page, and never appears on the creator's profile.

What working with a family influencer costs in Poland

  • PLN 300–1,500

is the market rate for a nano-influencer post

    With a micro-influencer, PLN 2,000–8,000.

  • 0 zł

is what barter costs instead of a fee

For a preschool and a toy shop it is the most common first step, and a barter task carries no commission.

  • from 43 zł

is what the cheapest task costs

You set the terms, and the creators they suit apply themselves.

How to find a family influencer in your city

A parent enrols a child where they can drive them every morning before work, so distance decides everything. You pin the task to a point on the map, and creators nearby see it where they are.

Common questions about working with influencers

How many collaborations does it take to fill the groups before September?

One is rarely enough. Plan admissions so the material appears across the whole enrolment month rather than over one weekend. Spread the tasks over May and June instead of spending the budget in a week.

What happens to the budget if enrolments do not rise?

The budget is frozen until you accept the material, so you pay for footage that matches the terms, not for a result. Nobody guarantees enrolments — put the shot count and the publication date in the task.

Can I run the film as an ad before the school year?

Yes, if you put the usage scope in writing before the start. A back-to-school campaign returns every year, so agree unlimited usage at once and name the channels: the enrolment page, Facebook and Instagram.

Who is liable if the toy breaks during the shoot?

Usually the brand, because the goods travel to the creator at its risk. For pricier items, write down in the task who covers the replacement and whether the unit comes back. Send a spare straight away.

Does promoting a play centre make sense off-season?

It does, because dates are easier to agree off-season and the creator's schedule is emptier. Over the holidays birthdays and rainy-day visits sell, so order footage from a full hall then.

Will an influencer from another city bring parents to a preschool?

For a preschool or classes, rarely — a parent drives the child daily and picks the route, not the reach. A creator from elsewhere makes sense for a shop that ships. State the city in the task.

Hire a creator

Describe the task. Creators will apply on their own. You pay after you approve the material.
