How to fill the class timetable in a gym

A timetable fills up when somebody shows the class from the inside: a newcomer sees the room, the instructor and the difficulty before buying a pass. Three routes lead there, and each costs differently.

Bring people to classes in your city

  • Creators from your city
  • Task pinned to the map
  • Barter too
  • You pin the task to a point on the map, and creators nearby see it in their own city.

  • You state the city in the task, so the people who apply are the ones who can come to you.

  • The creator films on site, and the material reaches their followers from the same area.

Does advertising with influencers pay off for a gym

It pays off when the influencer trains where your customers live and speaks to people in similar shape. Three figures that show it, and what each means for your business.

  • 8–11x

the return on advertising with small creators (2026)

The market average is 5.2x. Accounts like these apply to fitness tasks most often.

  • 59%

of Poles look for services straight in social media (2025)

A gym pass and a dietitian are looked for the same way. You state the club's city in the task on Blogger Bank.

  • 4.2% and 8.7%

engagement recorded by small accounts on Instagram and TikTok (2026)

Large accounts get 1.1% and 3.2%. Close to half the fitness creators have 1–10k followers.

Will influencer marketing work for a small training studio

It works wherever the result shows on a person. The buyers are gyms and class studios that want people from the neighbourhood, and supplement and sportswear brands. Dietitians, physiotherapy practices and swimming schools work the same way.

What to settle before you let an influencer into a workout

Three things: what you order, what you pay with and how long you invite the creator for.

A pass in barter or a fee for a fitness influencer?

No budget

A pass and drop-in entries

You give away a month of training or a block of classes. No budget goes out and no commission is due, only the choice is narrower — a fair number of creators take a fee alone.

Date and edits

A fee

You settle an amount, and with it the publication date, the number of shots and one round of edits. More people put their names forward, so there is somebody to pick.

A gym or a studio usually starts with a pass — it costs one free place on the floor. A supplement brand with a launch date pays straight away, because only a fee makes the deadline enforceable.

Barter task

A reel with an influencer or material for in-house ads?

Reach

Published by the creator

The video goes out on the creator's profile with a recommendation and their audience sees it. Dearer and you control the edit less, but it reaches people who never heard of the gym.

Cheaper

UGC — files for you

The creator records video and photos and nothing appears on their profile. Cheaper and the material stays yours, only there is no reach — you pay for the creative alone.

Filling the nearest timetable — take a publication from a creator in your city. Already running ads and short of creative — order UGC; half the creators in this category do both.

Order UGC

Invite an influencer to one class or for a whole month?

Fast

One class

One visit, one reel, and the effect shows the same week. It presents the place and the atmosphere, but it will not prove that the training changes anything.

Results visible

A month of training

The creator comes regularly and shows progress, so the material answers the question about results by itself. It costs more, takes weeks and occupies a slot in the timetable.

Opening a new floor or launching a new class — one visit and a reel are enough. Selling a yearly pass or a diet plan — pay for a month, because only a visible result convinces anyone to sign a longer deal.

How to pick an influencer to promote a gym or a dietitian

Seven things worth checking in the applications before you sign a contract.

  1. Fitness level close to your clients'

Material from someone training for the first time convinces other beginners. A pro scares them off the floor.

  2. Experience with your discipline

Yoga, weights and running have a different pace and a different frame. Check what the creator filmed before.

  3. Able to film in motion

A workout is a moving shot, not a still photograph. Watch earlier material from the floor and the mat.

  4. Regular publishing

Results take weeks to show. Someone who posts once a month will show no progress at all.

  5. An audience from your city

Only someone who can get there will come to a class. Check where the creator's audience lives.

  6. Care with health claims

A supplement and a diet are not treatment. Agree in advance what the creator will not say about results and illness.

  7. Questions under the post rather than reach alone

Questions about class times and the price of a pass say more than the follower count.

How to hire an influencer step by step

Step 1

Create a task in 5 minutes

Smart tips help you describe it so only the right creators apply.

Step 2

Receive applications and choose the best

Creators reach out to you directly. The first applications arrive in 8 hours on average. You choose on experience, reviews and work samples in the profile.

Step 3

The contract and all the work in one place

Hiring opens a contract automatically, carrying the terms from the task. Messages, files, stages and deadlines sit in the same place.

Step 4

Pay only for the finished result

The budget is frozen until your approval. You accept the result, and only then the payment goes out.

What videos convince people to sign up for classes

Footage from the workout itself works hardest: you see the room, the difficulty and the fact that ordinary people train there. Next comes progress shown after a few weeks — the only material that answers the question about results. For a supplement or sportswear brand, a test in real use is what sells.

Footage from a workout

The room, the equipment and the difficulty are visible. The most common reason someone comes to a first class.

Progress after a few weeks

The same person at the start and a month later. It answers the only question a new client asks.

A report from a first class

Someone turns up unprepared and says how it went. It removes the embarrassment of walking in.

What I eat in a day

Meals from your plan across an ordinary day. It works for meal delivery and for consultations.

A product tested in training

A supplement, a mat or leggings in real use rather than on a white background.

A short tip from a specialist

One exercise or one rule in thirty seconds. It builds trust in the practice before the first visit.

A several-week challenge

The creator walks their audience through a plan, and your place is the backdrop of the whole story.

UGC for ads

The material comes to you as a file and goes into ads or onto your site. Nothing appears on the creator's profile.

Common questions about working with influencers

Can an influencer promise results from a supplement or a diet?

No — that is a health claim and the brand answers for it, not the creator. List in the task the sentences that must not be used, and send over your own product description.

Who is liable if an influencer gets hurt during a workout?

The gym is, as the organiser of the class, so treat the creator like any client: a health questionnaire, the rules and a trainer on the floor. Write in the task that the visit runs on your terms.

When do you pay an influencer for promoting a pass?

After you accept the material, not before filming. On Blogger Bank the amount waits in the account until you approve the publication, so set out the acceptance terms in the task itself.

Can I use footage from the floor on the club's site and in ads?

The scope is agreed before filming, otherwise the material stays on the creator's profile only. List the site, the ads and the reception screens in the task — each of those channels affects the rate.

Does a fitness influencer have to be a trainer or a dietitian?

No, and for class sign-ups it is often better if they are not: a beginner convinces other beginners. Order a specialist when you are selling a course or equipment for advanced users.

How long before a collaboration shows up as class sign-ups?

The first calls come within a day of publication, but the decision on a pass takes longer. Plan three pieces over a month rather than one, and count sign-ups with a separate discount code.

Describe the task. Creators will apply on their own. You pay after you approve the material.
