Glossary/Rate per post

What is a rate per post?

Short answer

The rate per post is what a creator expects for preparing and publishing one piece of material on their own profile. It does not follow from follower count alone: it is made up of the format, the work involved, the topic, real reach and whether the brand wants to use the recording in its own advertising later. We give rate ranges on every niche page.

What exactly is a rate per post?

The price of a specific scope, not a subscription to the profile. The creator prices the time for the script, filming, editing and answering comments, plus the slot the post takes in their calendar. That is why two people with similar reach can quote different figures: one is selling a photo, the other a polished video with a script and comment handling.

What raises and what lowers the rate?

Four factors that shift the pricing most often:

  • The format and the work involved — a story with a link costs less than a video with a script, editing and captions.

  • The topic and the industry — harder categories, such as finance or health, are priced above lifestyle.

  • Rights to use the material in paid advertising and category exclusivity. Each of them is a separate line, not a free extra.

  • A package instead of a single post — several pieces ordered at once lower the unit price, because the creator plans the work in one run.

Why do rates differ so much?

Because profiles of the same size can give completely different results. What counts is who is watching, how many people actually reach the end of the material and whether the audience trusts recommendations in this particular category. Then there is risk: a creator who recommends rarely risks more and prices that higher than an account posting ads almost daily.

Already know what you need?

Describe the task: the format, the deadline and the amount or the barter. Creators from your industry will apply on their own, and you choose from the applications.

Frequently asked questions

How do you price a first collaboration?

Start from the work involved: count the hours for the script, filming and editing, add the value of the slot in your calendar and compare it with the ranges we give on every niche page. Then keep one rate for everyone.

Does the rate cover advertising rights?

By default, no. A post on the creator’s profile and use of the material in the brand’s paid advertising are two different things. If it is not in the arrangements, the brand cannot run the recording as its own ad.

Can the rate be negotiated?

It can, but through the scope. A brand can ask for a lower price in exchange for more material or a shorter exclusivity period. Asking for a discount alone, without changing the scope, usually ends the conversation.
