Influencer marketing platforms in Poland

Influencer marketing platforms in Poland
Author:Blogger Bank Team
Updated: News

Blogger Bank is one of the platforms in this comparison. We write about ourselves the same way we write about everyone else: the price, the commission, and what we do not do. All data comes from the public pages of the companies described, checked on 24 August 2026. If something has changed or we got a detail wrong, tell us — we will correct it and date the change.

Short answer. There is no single best platform — there are four different jobs. To run a campaign yourself with nano and micro creators on a small budget: Blogger Bank and REACHaBLOGGER. For a steady volume of UGC for paid ads: Influee and Collabstr. For a fully managed campaign with top-tier creators: Lifetube, GetHero and Streetcom. For finding and vetting creators without buying through the tool: Modash.

How we compared them

We looked at 13 platforms and tools operating in the Polish market. For each one we opened the pricing page, the terms of service, the FAQ, and the sections for brands and for creators. Date checked: 24 August 2026.

What we compare. Only what a company publishes itself and what you can verify by clicking a link: the operating model, whether self-service is available, published cost, how settlement works, and interface languages. Where a company does not publish something, we write "not published". That is a fact about information availability, not an accusation.

What we deliberately do not compare:

  • Creator database sizes. These numbers measure entirely different things: indexed public profiles, bookable listings, registered accounts, and vetted creators. Putting them in one column would mislead by construction.
  • Financial results and client lists. A supplier's financial condition is not a product feature, and client logos on someone else's website cannot be independently confirmed.
  • Service quality. We did not run campaigns with competitors, so we do not rate what we did not test.

Five scenarios — which tool for which job

1. I want to run a campaign myself with nano and micro creators, on a small budget

Pick: Blogger Bank. You publish the brief yourself, with no sales call — the first campaign takes a few minutes to set up. You do not have to wait for applications either: you can open the catalogue and invite a creator directly. One brief can be delivered by several creators at once. The budget is locked until you accept the work, and you can reject a delivery and request revisions until it matches the brief. Plans from €6.99 a month, commission 5%.

Alternative: REACHaBLOGGER. The only platform here where the brand pays neither a subscription nor a commission — the entire cost sits with the creator, who gives up 15% of their fee. Priced offer catalogue, "buy now" checkout, deposit-based settlement. If the only thing that matters is cost on the brand side, it is cheaper than we are.

Alternative: Collabstr. A free plan, no minimum budget, no contract — and a fully open catalogue: individual creator prices are visible without an account. On transparency it is the strongest service in this comparison. The downside for a Polish brand: English-only interface and a thin supply of Polish creators.

2. I need a high volume of UGC for paid ads

Pick: Influee. Built for one job — repeatable UGC video volume. Creators from 33 countries, funds secured until approval, and a full Polish version of the service. Plans from €199 a month plus a 10% fee added to the creator's rate. At ten videos a month it is the most predictable cost in this group.

Alternative: Collabstr. The same kind of purchase but packaged, with prices published on creator profiles. The free plan carries a 10% brand fee; Premium reduces it to 5%. The creator pays a separate 15%.

Alternative: Blogger Bank. Our briefs can be written for UGC formats, not only for reach, and we do not ask for a few hundred euro a month before you start. For sustained high volume, though, the specialised tools give you more.

3. I want the whole campaign handled for me and I have a real media budget

Pick: Lifetube. An MCN network with more than 120 exclusive creators — inventory you cannot buy anywhere else. It offers reach guarantees, which means it takes on part of the campaign risk. No self-service platform does that, ourselves included.

Alternative: GetHero. An agency with a genuine industry awards record — Effie, IAB MIXX, Złote Spinacze, Young Creatives Cannes — backed by the Webedia group. It also produces physical influencer-branded products, which nobody else here does.

Alternative: Streetcom and indaHash. Streetcom (formerly Hash.fm and InStars; since July 2026 the creator-facing site runs under the Stars.buzz brand) does national-scale sampling and nano/micro campaigns with consumer research included. indaHash is the choice when a campaign runs in several countries at once and you want one supplier handling cross-border creator payouts.

4. I want to find and vet creators, but I will buy outside the platform

Pick: Modash. The strongest vetting tool in this comparison: it checks the audience side — location, language, demographics and fake-follower rate. For a Polish brand that is the most decision-relevant capability there is, because it confirms the audience is Polish regardless of where the creator lives. From $299 a month, with a 14-day trial that needs no card.

What Modash is not. It is a search database, not a marketplace: creators do not hold accounts there and do not apply to briefs, and profiles are indexed from public data without the creator opting in (the company states they can opt out). There will be no inbound applications — all the initiative is yours.

5. I am a creator and I want to earn from collaborations

Pick: Blogger Bank. Registration and your profile are free — you can apply to briefs and receive invitations without any subscription. The commission is 5% and it is charged only after you have been paid. You need no portfolio and no media kit: the profile replaces both. Interface in Polish, English and Russian.

Alternative: BrandBuddies. Also free to join, long-established in the market, with real campaigns from large brands. You propose your own net rate. Check the payment terms in the campaign contract before you apply.

Alternative: REACHaBLOGGER. Free registration and an offer catalogue where you set your own price. The difference is the commission: 15% of your fee against our 5%. On a PLN 1,000 job that is PLN 150 versus PLN 50.

What it actually costs

Commission alone tells you very little. A platform with zero commission can cost more than one charging 15%, if it takes PLN 1,299 a month in subscription. So we set out three items side by side — subscription, brand-side commission and creator-side commission — and show who holds the money until the work is approved.

Platform Brand subscription Brand commission Creator commission Funds locked until approval
Blogger Bank €6.99 / €9.99 per month; €24.99 per quarter (€8.33 a month) 5% 5%, after payout yes
REACHaBLOGGER none 0% 15% yes, deposit
Collabstr $0 / $299 / $399 per month 10%, 5% on Premium 15% yes
Influee from €199 per month (PL pricing) 10% not published yes
NanoInflu PLN 1,299 – 1,899 per month 0% of budget 0% yes, deposit
Modash $299 – $599 per month not applicable — SaaS not applicable optional module
WhitePress token packages (see note) included in price, size undisclosed not published yes, in-panel balance
InfluPoint not published not published registration is free yes, balance after campaign
indaHash not published (see note) not published payout fees from $2.50 invoice-based settlement
BrandBuddies not published not published not published agency is the contracting party
Streetcom not published not published not published not published

What a creator keeps out of PLN 1,000

Same budget, same work, different platforms. These figures cover commission only — the brand's subscription is counted separately.

Platform Brand pays Creator receives Total platform take
Blogger Bank PLN 1,050 PLN 950 10%
REACHaBLOGGER PLN 1,000 PLN 850 15%
Collabstr (Free or Pro) PLN 1,100 PLN 850 25%
Collabstr (Premium) PLN 1,050 PLN 850 20%
Influee PLN 1,100 not published at least 10%
NanoInflu PLN 1,000 plus PLN 1,299 subscription PLN 1,000 0% of budget

How to read this. At one campaign a month worth PLN 1,000, NanoInflu's subscription exceeds the commission charged by every other platform in the table. At budgets in the tens of thousands per month the arithmetic reverses and the subscription model starts to pay off. Work the break-even out on your own budget — there is no single answer here.

Notes on the tables.

  • WhitePress. The FAQ lists token packages for the influencer search tool, but the page the FAQ names as the price list currently shows no prices, and two company materials give different amounts for identically named packages. We therefore do not quote figures — ask them for the current price list.
  • indaHash. There is no price list on indahash.com and /pricing returns a 404. The figures visible in the Capterra directory are vendor-supplied and are not confirmed on the company's own site, so we do not repeat them here.
  • "Not published" does not mean "expensive". It only means you will learn the price after a conversation. For managed campaigns that is normal practice — the quote depends on scope.

The 13 platforms — what each one actually does

Blogger Bank

Marketplace, self-service. A brand publishes a brief, creators submit offers, and the budget is locked until approval. Both sides in one place, briefs written for reach or for UGC formats, plus an influencer-friendly places map. Three languages: Polish, English and Russian. Plans: €6.99 a month (1 active brief, 2 collaborations), €9.99 a month (3 briefs, 10 collaborations) and €24.99 per quarter, i.e. €8.33 a month (15 briefs, 40 collaborations). Commission 5% on each side.

Best for: small and mid-sized brands that want to run campaigns themselves, and nano and micro creators.

REACHaBLOGGER

Marketplace, self-service. The closest model to ours on the market. Priced offer catalogue with "buy now" checkout, platform deposit, no minimum budget, free creator registration.

Best for: a brand that wants to buy individual placements without a sales conversation. The whole cost sits with the creator at 15%. Polish-language service only.

Collabstr

Global UGC marketplace. The most transparent catalogue in this comparison: individual creator prices are visible without logging in. Free plan, no contracts, no minimum order. It also holds the strongest independent evidence of quality of any company here — over 450 Trustpilot reviews averaging 4.5.

Best for: a brand comfortable working in English. Polish creator supply is thin.

Influee

Global UGC marketplace. Specialised in volume content for paid advertising. Creators from 33 countries, funds secured until approval, full Polish version of the service.

Best for: e-commerce needing ten or more assets a month. Cost comes in three layers: subscription, creator fee and a 10% commission.

Modash

Search database. Audience-side verification: location, language, demographics and fake-follower rate. The only EU-domiciled supplier in this group. 14-day trial with no card required.

Best for: an in-house team doing continuous research. It is not a marketplace — creators do not apply to you there.

NanoInflu

Subscription platform. Campaigns with nano and micro creators at zero commission on the budget — the full fee reaches the creator. One consolidated settlement instead of many invoices.

Best for: a brand running campaigns regularly. Entry costs PLN 1,299 a month, so one campaign a quarter does not add up.

WhitePress

Content marketplace. Influencers as a module alongside sponsored articles and link building, all on one invoice. Funds reach the creator once a stage is approved. Service available in more than a dozen languages.

Best for: a brand already buying placements there. The commission size is not disclosed.

indaHash

Platform and agency. A Polish company founded in 2016 operating globally, with offices in several countries. One supplier covers both a managed campaign and the tooling to run it yourself; creator payouts reach nearly two hundred countries.

Best for: mid-sized and large brands running campaigns in several countries at once. English-only service, pricing after a conversation.

Lifetube

MCN network. More than 120 exclusive creators and reach guarantees — part of the campaign risk moves to the agency. No self-service platform offers that.

Best for: brands with a real media budget who want top-tier creators and a managed campaign.

GetHero

Agency. A record of industry awards: Effie, IAB MIXX, Złote Spinacze, Young Creatives Cannes. Part of the Webedia group. It also produces physical influencer-branded products.

Best for: brands looking for one accountable partner from strategy through to reporting. It is not a platform — there is no dashboard and no self-service.

Streetcom

Agency, sampling. Over two decades in the market, a member of IAB Polska and SPIM. National-scale sampling and nano/micro campaigns with consumer research included. Since July 2026 the creator-facing site runs under the Stars.buzz brand.

Best for: FMCG and e-commerce brands running product activations. The former names Hash.fm and InStars are no longer in use.

BrandBuddies

Platform and agency. Long-established in the Polish market, free and low-friction for creators, who propose their own net rate. Listed on the IAB Polska industry map.

Best for: nano and micro creators looking for campaigns without doing their own sales. The campaign contract is signed with the agency rather than the brand — check the payment terms.

InfluPoint

Managed platform. Free creator registration, a low payout threshold, and a single settlement for the brand — you do not pay for creators who did not deliver.

Best for: a Polish brand wanting a small Instagram or TikTok campaign run on its behalf. Polish-language service, pricing after a conversation.

When Blogger Bank is not the right choice

  • When you want the campaign handled for you. We are not an agency and we do not run campaigns on your behalf. Strategy, creator selection and negotiation are yours. If you do not want that — Lifetube, GetHero or Streetcom.
  • When you need reach guarantees. We do not offer them. Lifetube does, and that is a real difference rather than a nuance.
  • When you want to see the catalogue before registering. Ours requires an account. At Collabstr you can browse profiles and prices without logging in.
  • When you need deep audience analytics. For fake-follower checks and audience demographics, Modash is better — that is its core function, not an add-on.
  • When you are after top-tier names. We work mainly with nano and micro creators. For big names, go to an MCN network.
  • When you look only at cost on the brand side. REACHaBLOGGER charges the brand neither a subscription nor a commission. The creator pays for it — 15% rather than our 5% — but for the brand's budget alone it is cheaper.

Frequently asked questions

Can this comparison be objective if one of the platforms publishes it?

It is biased in the choice of criteria — we compare what we consider relevant to a small or mid-sized brand and to a nano creator. It is not biased in its facts: each one comes from the public pages of the company described. In three of the five scenarios we point to a competitor, and a separate section sets out where we are not the right choice.

Why is there no ranking from 1 to 13?

Because putting an MCN network, a search database and a marketplace in a single ranked list would mislead — they are tools for different jobs. Ranking only makes sense inside a specific scenario.

How do we know the data is current?

We checked it on 24 August 2026 and state that date with the tables. The market moves fast: one company described here rebranded five weeks before this text was published. We review the comparison quarterly.

What does a first campaign actually cost?

On Blogger Bank: a subscription from €6.99 a month, plus the creator's fee, plus 5% commission. On a PLN 1,000 budget with one creator, the brand pays PLN 1,050 plus roughly PLN 30 of subscription, and the creator receives PLN 950.

Methodology, sources and right of reply

This comparison is based on the public pages of the companies described: price lists, terms of service, FAQ sections and the pages for brands and for creators. All data was checked on 24 August 2026. We did not rely on material sourced only from intermediaries, nor on any figure we could not confirm at source.

Right of reply. If you represent any of the companies described and we have stated something inaccurately or out of date, write to kontakt@blogger-bank.com. We will correct it and date the change. If you would like to add information that is not on your public pages, we are glad to include it.
