How to Make Money on TikTok in Poland in 2026: What Works and What Does Not Yet

Short answer

In Poland TikTok does not yet pay for views alone: the Creator Rewards programme does not cover Polish accounts. You can earn with TikTok Shop affiliate (since 15 June 2026, 500-follower threshold), LIVE gifts, subscriptions (from 10,000 followers) and brand collaborations, which do not depend on TikTok's thresholds.

How do you make money on TikTok in Poland? In short: not from views alone. The programme that pays for views does not yet cover Polish accounts, so money from TikTok comes here from four other sources: TikTok Shop affiliate, gifts during live streams, subscriptions and brand collaborations. Each has different entry thresholds and each needs something different from your profile.

What works in Poland and what does not

Before you start recording "for monetisation", check which tools are available for your account at all. The most reliable place is the monetisation tab in TikTok Studio: TikTok itself shows there what you qualify for. As of September 2026 it looks like this:

  • Creator Rewards (payment for views) – not yet available in Poland.
  • TikTok Shop and affiliate – available since 15 June 2026.
  • LIVE gifts – available to adults who are eligible to go LIVE.
  • Subscriptions – for accounts with a larger community.
  • Brand collaborations – do not depend on any TikTok programme; the brand pays.

Creator Rewards: why views alone do not earn

Creator Rewards is the programme in which TikTok pays for video views. According to TikTok's rules you need to be at least 18, have a personal (not business) account, 10,000 followers and 100,000 views in the last 30 days, and a video must be at least one minute long and collect at least 1,000 qualified views. The first condition is different, though: you must live in a country where the programme is available. The EEA terms only say that the programme is available "in selected countries".

Poland is not on that list. As emedia.pl reports (updated 17 September 2026), citing a TikTok Creator Academy article of 10 September 2026, the programme is open to creators from the USA, the UK, Germany, Japan, South Korea, France, Mexico and Brazil. That is why advice like "get 10,000 followers and TikTok will start paying you" does not work in Poland.

There is a second detail for anyone who combines brand work with Creator Rewards: the terms exclude from rewards videos that are an advertisement, paid promotion or sponsored content. A video made for a brand therefore earns from the contract with the brand, not from views.

TikTok Shop and affiliate: commission on sales

TikTok Shop launched in Poland on 15 June 2026. Since then you can add sellers' products to your videos and live streams and earn commission on orders. Today it is the simplest way to make money on TikTok without a large community: according to emedia.pl, TikTok's current EU policy of 3 September 2026 requires 500 followers in the country where you operate, being an adult and confirming your age within 60 days of joining.

In affiliate you only earn when someone buys. Commission is calculated on revenue minus returns, and free samples must be "worked off" with a video within 14 days – otherwise TikTok may restrict access to further ones (all per emedia.pl, as of 16–17 September 2026). Before you click a link from an affiliate agency, check that it leads to the affiliate.tiktok.com domain. More about the settlement model itself is in the glossary entry affiliate collaboration.

LIVE: gifts and Diamonds

During a live stream viewers can send you virtual gifts, and TikTok awards Diamonds for them. To turn on gifts you must live where the feature is available, be 18 or older, be eligible to go LIVE and have an account in good standing with the Community Guidelines. The Virtual Items Policy adds that only adults can earn and withdraw Diamonds.

Gifts are income from your community, not from a brand. They work when you stream regularly and have viewers who come back – with a single LIVE once a month it is hard to rely on them.

Subscriptions: a loyal community pays every month

A subscription lets viewers pay monthly for extra content and access. TikTok says that for subscriptions you need to be at least 18, have an account in good standing, 10,000 followers and 100,000 views in the past calendar month, or meet separate LIVE criteria. According to emedia.pl the creator keeps 70 per cent of subscription revenue. This model only makes sense when you have something to offer beyond free videos: behind the scenes, tutorials, answers to questions.

Brand collaborations: TikTok's thresholds do not decide here

The most opportunities come from what does not depend on any platform programme: a brand pays you for a video on your profile or for material it publishes itself. TikTok has its own marketplace for this, TikTok One (Creator Marketplace), but thresholds apply there too: 18 years, 10,000 followers, 1,000 views and 3 posts in the last 30 days. In a direct collaboration the brand decides: it judges whether your audience and your videos fit its product.

Two variants are worth separating. In a collaboration on your profile the brand pays for reaching your audience and their trust. With UGC it pays for the video itself, which it publishes on its own channels or in ads – here the follower count matters less, because the quality of the footage counts. How to start from that side is described in how to become a UGC creator. If the brand wants to run your video as an ad from its own budget (on TikTok these are Spark Ads), agree this separately in the contract – it is a matter of usage rights, not an ordinary post.

How much to charge for such a video depends on the niche, the format and the scope of rights – current medians with a measurement date are in the niche catalogue. Instead of looking for one rate "per 1,000 followers", prepare a media kit with what a brand actually checks: who your viewers are, which videos worked and what your previous projects look like.

Ad labelling and tax

Every video made for money, a product or commission is an ad and must be labelled as an ad – including an affiliate link in TikTok Shop and barter. Income from TikTok, whatever the source, also has to be settled for tax. Which forms are available (contract for specific work, invoice, flat-rate tax) is explained in how to settle influencer income, and for products instead of money – in the answer on tax on barter.

If you also earn on Instagram, some rules are shared, but the tools are different. A comparison is in how to make money on Instagram.

How it works on Blogger Bank

On Blogger Bank brands publish briefs and you apply to the ones that fit your profile – with TikTok alone too. As of 21 August 2026 there were 1,455 connected TikTok accounts in the database. You do not upload statistics manually: when you connect the account you grant access, and the data appears and updates by itself, so the brand sees it straight away with your application. How to write an application so that the brand picks you is described in how to apply to a brand brief.

Your fee is secured until the material is approved – this is secured payment. The commission is 5% on the creator side and 5% on the brand side. Create an account, connect TikTok and see current briefs.

How many followers do you need to make money on TikTok?

It depends on the source. TikTok Shop affiliate requires, per emedia.pl, 500 followers in your country; subscriptions and TikTok One require 10,000. A direct brand collaboration has no TikTok threshold: the brand judges your audience and videos.

How do you make money on TikTok Shop as a creator?

You add sellers' products to your videos and live streams and earn commission on orders, calculated on revenue minus returns. TikTok Shop has been live in Poland since 15 June 2026. Free samples must be worked off with a video within 14 days.

At what age can you make money on TikTok?

LIVE gifts, Diamonds, subscriptions, Creator Rewards and TikTok One require you to be at least 18 under TikTok's rules. TikTok Shop affiliate also requires being an adult and confirming your age within 60 days of joining the programme.

How do LIVE gifts on TikTok work?

Viewers send virtual gifts during a live stream and TikTok awards the creator Diamonds for them. To turn on gifts you must be 18, be eligible to go LIVE, live where the feature is available and have an account in good standing.

No. The Creator Rewards terms exclude from rewards videos that are an advertisement, paid promotion or sponsored content. A video made for a brand earns from the contract with the brand, not from views, regardless of the creator's country.

Do you need to label a TikTok Shop affiliate link as an ad?

Yes. Every video made for money, a product or commission is an ad and must be labelled – this includes an affiliate link in TikTok Shop and barter. Income from every TikTok source also has to be settled for tax.
