How to Hire a UGC Creator or Blogger in Poland: A Guide for Brands

Short answer
First, decide what you need: content for your own channels and ads (in which case you look for a UGC creator) or access to an audience (in which case you look for an influencer). You can find creators independently on social media, through an agency, or via a platform with an order and secure payment. Before starting, agree in the contract on the scope of materials, rights for use in ads, remuneration, and ad disclosure in accordance with UOKiK recommendations.
How to hire a UGC creator or blogger in Poland? Start with one decision: do you need content for your own channels and ads, or access to someone else's audience? That determines who you are looking for, where, how much you will pay, and what must be included in the contract. Below we walk through the entire process step by step – from choosing the role, through the brief and content rights, to ad disclosure.
UGC creator or blogger: what you are paying for
A UGC creator records content for a brand – a Reel, a TikTok, photos, a product review – which you publish yourself: on your profile, on your website, or in ads. Their follower count doesn't matter; what counts is whether they know how to shoot a convincing video.
A blogger or influencer also creates content, but publishes it on their own channels. So you are paying for production and for access to their audience. Here follower count matters, but the reach of recent publications and engagement are more important.
- Choose UGC if you need multiple creative versions for Meta Ads or TikTok Ads and want to test them.
- Choose an influencer if you want a specific community to learn about the brand.
- Combine both: the creator publishes the content on their channel, and you get the right to use it in ads. This is usually the most expensive, but also the most comprehensive option.

Where to find creators in Poland
There are four paths, and each suits a different situation.
- On your own on social media. You search on Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube by niche and city, browse profiles, and write to creators. It costs nothing except time, but you handle the stats, contract, payment, and billing yourself.
- Through an agency. The agency selects creators, manages the campaign, and reports. You save time and pay for the service. When this is worth it is described in our article agency or platform.
- Through a platform. You publish a brief, creators apply themselves, and the platform shows their stats and handles payment. How to search such a database is shown in our article about the influencer database and creator search engine. Before providing company data to a platform, check who is behind it.
- Directly to creators you already know. If a specific person's video stopped you in your feed, that's the best recommendation. For UGC, this often works better than searching by follower count.
How to write a brief to get a sensible quote
A message like “how much does a post cost?” yields a random amount. A brief with specifics gives a quote that can be compared across creators. It should include:
- the product and what the audience should remember from the content;
- format and number of assets, e.g., three vertical videos of 20–30 seconds each;
- scope of work: recording, editing, subtitles, number of revisions;
- where and how long you will use the material – on your profile, in ads, for how many months;
- whether the creator should also publish the material on their own channel;
- deadline and budget, or a request for a package quote.
An example you can copy:
Hi! We are looking for a UGC creator for three vertical videos of 20–30 seconds each about [product]. We need recording, editing, and subtitles, with one round of revisions. We want to publish the videos on our profile and use them in paid ads for three months. Please provide a package quote with this scope of rights and a delivery timeline.
You can find a ready-made video structure, with a hook for the first few seconds, in our article on the UGC video script.
How much does it cost
Rates depend on the niche, format, workload, and scope of rights, which is why we do not give a single figure here. Current median rates for individual niches, along with the measurement date, are available in the niche catalog. How UGC creators price their work is described in our article how much a UGC creator earns, and what an influencer's rate depends on – in the article how much an influencer earns.
Content rights and advertising
Payment for recording does not automatically mean you can use the video wherever you want and for as long as you want. The scope of use – fields of exploitation, duration, channels, including paid ads – must be specified in the contract. Without this, the creator may challenge the use of the material in a campaign. More on this in the article copyright for an influencer reel.
If the ad is to run from the creator's profile rather than yours, you need their consent for whitelisting. How to set this up in Meta is shown in our article UGC in Meta ads.

Contract, billing, and barter
Before the first publication, agree in writing on: the scope and number of assets, deadlines, number of revisions, scope of rights, remuneration, and payment timing. You can find the full list in the article what to agree on before the first post.
The creator can bill you via an invoice from their business or through a specific-task contract (umowa o dzieło) – this affects the documents you receive. Tax details, including for barter, are covered in the article taxes for influencers and UGC creators. If you want to offer a product instead of money, read how to propose and account for barter.
Ad disclosure
Content for which a creator received money, a product, or a commission must be disclosed as an ad. This also applies to barter and affiliate marketing. According to UOKiK recommendations, not only creators but also advertisers and agencies are responsible for proper ad disclosure. Therefore, include the disclosure obligation in the contract and check the publication before approval.
How to hire a creator through Blogger Bank
Blogger Bank is a Polish platform where brands commission collaborations with bloggers and UGC creators. You publish a brief with a description and budget, creators apply with proposals themselves, and you choose based on their profile and stats pulled directly from connected accounts. According to measurements from August 21, 2026, 99% of orders receive creator applications, with an average of 37 proposals per order, and the first application usually arrives within an hour.
Remuneration is reserved before the creator starts work and is released to them after content approval – this is secure payment. The commission is 5% on the brand side and 5% on the creator side. Create a brand account and publish your first order.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between a UGC creator and an influencer?
A UGC creator records content that the brand publishes: on its own profile, website, or in ads, so their follower count doesn't matter. An influencer publishes content on their own channel, and the brand also pays for access to their audience.
Where can you find a UGC creator in Poland?
UGC creators can be found independently on social media by niche and city, through an agency, via a platform where you publish a brief and creators apply themselves, or by writing directly to people whose videos have already caught your attention.
What should a brief for a UGC creator include?
A brief should describe the product and main message, the format and number of assets, the scope of work with the number of revisions, the place and duration of content use (including in ads), information about publication on the creator's channel, and the deadline and budget.
Can I use a UGC video in ads without additional consent?
Not always. Payment for recording does not automatically transfer the right to arbitrary use. Channels (including paid ads), duration, and fields of exploitation must be specified in the contract; otherwise, the creator may challenge the use of the material in a campaign.
Does working with a creator require a contract?
A contract does not have to be in paper form, but the terms must be agreed upon in writing, even via messages: scope of materials, deadlines, revisions, scope of rights, remuneration, and payment timing. Without this, it is difficult to resolve disputes regarding delivery or video use.
Does a UGC creator need to have a registered business?
They don't have to. A creator can issue an invoice from their business or settle via a specific-task contract (umowa o dzieło). The form of settlement affects the documents the brand receives and the tax obligations of both parties, including in barter.
Who is responsible for disclosing an ad for an influencer?
According to UOKiK recommendations, creators, advertisers, and agencies are responsible for proper ad disclosure. The obligation applies to materials paid for with money, products, or commission, so it's worth including it in the contract and checking the publication before approval.
How quickly do creators respond to an order on Blogger Bank?
According to Blogger Bank measurements from August 21, 2026, 99% of orders receive creator applications, with an average of 37 proposals per order, and the first application usually arrives within an hour of publication.
